Our experienced team brings together strong leadership, proven infrastructure capability, and genuine community engagement to deliver high-quality outcomes with purpose.
As innovators, we seek smarter ways to deliver on time, on budget, and beyond expectations – blending modern methods with cultural intelligence.
Whilst newly established, our team brings over 40 years of combined experience in roadworks, asphalt laying, and innovative concrete repairs.
We work with a trusted network of plant suppliers and follow ISO-aligned procedures to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes across civil infrastructure projects.

With over two decades of experience in Accounting and Tax, Project Management, Facility Management, Property and Business Services, and as a licensed Commercial Estate Agent, Belinda brings a sharp commercial lens and operational strength to the business.
Her background includes working closely with property developers and asset managers on large-scale projects — giving her deep insight into stakeholder expectations, contract management, and end-to-end project delivery.

Our Operations Team
Our on-ground team brings decades of combined experience across civil infrastructure, road, rail, landscaping, and residential construction, including over 20 years in the building industry.
From asphalt to excavation and environmental rehabilitation, our crew delivers Tier 1 readiness, safety compliance, and technical reliability on every job.
We are solution-focused and continuously adopt innovative practices to enhance project outcomes — whether through material choices, adaptive scheduling, or culturally informed site rehabilitation techniques.
We proudly place Aboriginal workers directly on the projects we deliver — providing tailored training, close supervision, and hands-on skills development. This not only ensures high-quality project outcomes but also supports long-term capability growth within local Aboriginal communities.

The Story Behind the NARA Logo
A circle of trust, growth, and connection.
At NARA Alliance – the National Aboriginal Resource Agency Alliance – our logo is more than just a mark. It’s a story, a promise, and a symbol of how we work.
Circle With No Beginning, No End
The logo is shaped as a circle to reflect our core values: continuity, connection, and trust. In our culture, the circle is sacred – it represents the way we walk together, with no start or finish, just an unbroken journey of support, respect, and collective strength.
The Southern Cross Reimagined
The five central circles are intentionally placed to mirror the Southern Cross, a symbol of guidance and belonging under southern skies. These circles represent the businesses we partner with, support, and help grow – especially Aboriginal workers we mentor through upskilling, capability building, and collaboration.
Dots Representing People and Community
Surrounding each business circle are dots – people. These dots symbolise the communities, families, and workers who gather around and support each business. Every dot reflects a life touched through employment, training, mentoring, and empowerment.
A Stamp of Approval
The entire design is framed as a stamp, representing quality, credibility, and care. When someone partners with NARA Alliance – whether as a worker, supplier, or client – they’re joining a trusted network. Everyone in that network is supported, qualified, and backed by community. This is our mark of trust – a visible sign that you’re part of something bigger.
This logo is not just what we wear or display – it’s what we live. It tells our story, and it tells yours too.
